WestCare Foundation is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. We are extremely grateful for your contributions. In accordance with section 170(f)(8) of the Internal Revenue Code, written substantiation is required for charitable donations noting that WestCare provides no goods or services in exchange for contributions. Gifts are tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law.
